Management Development Workshops for this Autumn

We are pleased to announce that we will be running the following management development courses this Autumn:

Managing Employee Issues Effectively – 12th November – managers and team leaders regularly avoid confronting performance and conduct issues in the hope that they will go away on their own. In reality, if problems and grievances are not managed immediately and effectively, they will escalate and create greater disruption as well as undermine the credibility of the team leader. This workshop will provide the participants with the knowledge and confidence to take appropriate action promptly. Click here for more information.

Core Skills of Management – 18th, 19th & 20th November – will enhance and improve the contribution, effectiveness and performance of anybody who manages or supervises others. It has consistently received outstanding feedback because of the subsequent improvement in the leadership and people management abilities of those who attended. It works because it focuses on the key competencies involved and provides sufficient time for the delegates to practice the relevant skills. Please click here for more information.

Selection Interviewing – 25th & 26th November – as the recruitment market continues to recover and competition for staff increases, the need to make the correct choice when you are interviewing has become more critical than ever. This workshop will provide delegates with the understanding and skills to interview and evaluate to the highest standards which, in turn, will allow them to select the candidates most suited to the roles available.
