Management Development Workshops for this Spring

We are pleased to announce that we will be running the following management development courses this Spring:

Core Skills of Management – 5th, 6th & 7th May – will enhance and improve the contribution, effectiveness and performance of anybody who manages or supervises others. It has consistently received outstanding feedback because of the subsequent improvement in the leadership and people management abilities of those who attended. It works because it focuses on the key competencies involved and provides sufficient time for the delegates to practice the relevant skills. Please click here for more information.

Managing Difficult People Issues – 19th May – employers regularly experience difficulties with or between members of their teams which create conflict, become the source of poor productivity or directly impact upon business performance. There is often a reluctance to confront the issues and, too often, we simply hope that the problems will go away on their own whereas the reality is they will probably continue to fester and deteriorate. The reluctance shown by managers and team leaders to deal with these issues is primarily because they are uncertain on how to effectively manage and deal with the problems being created. This is why MCM has developed a new, one-day workshop to provide the skills, knowledge and understanding to allow managers to tackle and successfully deal with people issues as they arise as well as to understand the potential implications if they do not do so. Please click here for more information.

We are holding the courses at Highgate House in Northamptonshire which is a modern training centre within daily travelling distance of most parts of the East Midlands and East Anglia although outstanding accommodation and recreation facilities are available at additional cost for those who require it. If you want to make a booking or discuss the programmes in more detail, please do not hesitate to contact us.
