T he success of MCM has been built upon adhering to a specific, proven approach and style which can be summarised as follows:

  • We believe that every employer has its own unique culture and attitudes which have been primary contributors (or barriers!) to its success. Consequently, we tailor our advice and recommendations to ensure that they fit comfortably with each specific environment.
  • Face to face contact is a priority for us because it is the most effective method of getting to understand our clients as well as their priorities and issues.
  • Our primary goal when identifying solutions is to consider what is best for your organisation and how to get the most out of your people to achieve what is required.
  • If we are not completely involved with our clients and not being given the opportunity to contribute to your success, we do not believe we are doing our job properly. We care and we are totally committed to you.
  • Honesty, pragmatism and integrity are at the core of MCM. If we do not believe that we can provide you with the skills, expertise or standards you require, we would prefer to tell you and sacrifice potential business rather than damage relationships and reputations or compromise our professionalism.
  • We realise that the HR function can be viewed as a bureaucratic, paper-pushing operation. We do our utmost to keep paperwork to a minimum.
