Anyone who is required to make presentations either externally (e.g. to customers) or internally within their organisation and who has had no previous training

Please Note:
  Practice presentations form a large part of this programme to assist the delegates to build their confidence and gain feedback on how to develop their skills. Due to the highly participative nature of this programme the number of delegates is restricted to a maximum of six to ensure that everyone has maximum opportunity for practice.
