Training Programmes

MCM provides a comprehensive range of Management and Personal Development Workshops throughout the year. They are highly participative and combine a variety of learning methods to optimise personal and team effectiveness.

Venuesobjectives

Usually, the programmes are held at Highgate House Conference Centre which is located at Creaton, Northampton. It is an excellent venue which is just a few minutes drive from the M1. However, there will be times that we use other specialist training and development venues. In all cases, they are centrally and conveniently located which provides the opportunity for delegates to travel there each day and so the courses are non-residential. However, if you require accommodation, all our venues will able to provide very good facilities although the cost would be in addition to the programme fees.

Learning Methods
All programmes are highly participative to enable the learning to be transferred back to each delegate's own organisation. They are practical and use a range of training and learning methods to ensure that the key messages 'stick'. Sharing experiences and ideas with others will enhance the learning. Every delegate will devise an action plan to implement upon their return to their own organisation.

The Tutor
Mandy McMahon has attained her expertise through twenty years' senior Human Resources management experience, much of which was spent as a management trainer and facilitator, working with managers and staff from a broad variety of industry and commerce. Qualified with the Institute of Personnel and Development, she has worked in the UK and overseas within environments placing great emphasis on customer service. In addition, Mandy has been a manager herself which has given her direct experience of many of the issues that face other people in such a role.
